"Due to the decline in casino revenue, many jobs have been and continue to be eliminated. The health insurance was changed to a very low grade one. Very stressful. Cons: no raises, no good health insurance"

Upper management receives promotions and raises while everyone else especially kitchen workers are over worked. Restaurants are constantly under staffed which leads to poor customers service and long wait times."
